  • Malta Form Based Code - Proposed Planning/Zoning for "Downtown Malta"

    The MBPA Breakfast this morning featured Stephanie Ferradino, Couch White, LLP providing an update on the proposed Form Base Code to be used in planning and development for the Downtown Malta area.

    The MBPA Board (including Ms. Ferradino), believes this Form Based Code will greatly improve the planning and development process in the downtown area, and is a step toward showing that Malta is becoming more business friendly.

    Watch for additional posts and the town website for this topic to appear on the Town Board Agenda where it is expected to come up for a town board vote in January 2013.
