Continuing education at the Ballston Spa School, BOCES, Adirondack Community College and Schenectady County Community Colleges and chambers of commerce provide opportunities for sharpening business skills. Programs are designed to meet the changing needs of business and industry and the community at large.

The Center for Workforce Advancement (CWA) at SUNY Empire State College offers 150 independent study or instructor lead courses designed specifically for small businesses. Courses are held in marketing, business finance, customer service, creating web pages, Microsoft Excel and many more.
